We collaborate closely with you and your chosen builder to ensure a seamless construction process through to handover, where every element feels intentional ensuring hard finishes harmoniously coincide with soft furnishings.

Your bespoke design journey unfolds across the below key phases:

  • Your experience commences with a briefing sheet for us to learn about your project objectives and requirements. For renovations, an initial paid consultation may be required for a walk through of your space. A Design Proposal is then prepared outlining scope of works and fees for sign off.

  • Upon engagement of our services, we will establish the floor plan and explore key ideas to set the tone and philosophy for the overall design direction. Bespoke design solutions and proposed finishes are brought to life in high-quality, realistic 3D renders for your review and approval.

  • Further development and refinement of the approved Concept. Thoughtfully sourced finishes, lighting, fixtures, fittings, doorware, etc and a curation of material samples is presented for your review and approval.

  • The approved design is translated into a detailed drawing package and Finishes Schedule for pricing and construction. Drawings include floor plans, lighting/electrical plans, interior elevations and custom joinery design and detailing for the build phase.

  • Regular site visits to ensure the design intent is met until handover, continuous liaison with the client, builder and trades, actioning any Required For Information (RFIs) from the builder. We review all joinery shop drawings for approval prior to manufacture and install.

  • Procurement, installation and styling of furniture, art and decorative elements. You will receive a scaled furniture plan, schematic boards and physical material samples to aid in final decoration selections.

    Approved items are seamlessly ordered and delivered for final staging to ensure convenience and relieve any overwhelm or stress.

  • As a general guide, a full four-bedroom home design generally requires a minimum of 12 weeks, subject to exact scope.

This package is ideal for clients who are time poor or lead busy lives, leaving little time to manage the demanding tasks of sourcing and procuring.

Spatial Planning

We can assist with spatial planning for Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC). We review and refine your plans, ensuring they are well-prepared for success and free from costly design mistakes before you submit to council or private certifier.

  • Once you’ve completed our Contact Form, I will contact you for an initial phone consultation to understand your functional requirements and aesthetic ambitions. Your plans will then be imported into our CAD program, where I’ll refine the layout, focusing on spatial flow, functionality, natural light and the arrangement of furniture and joinery items for submission.

  • 2-4 weeks, pending exact scope.

  • $1,500 – Includes two rounds of revisions
